Development Finance
We offer senior or stretched senior loans up to 70% LTGDV or 90% LTC (excluding interest).

Silbury-funded projects vary in size, from 15 units or fewer, to many hundreds of units. Our typical loan size ranges from £10 million to £150 million.

Funding is available for for-sale developments as well as units retained for rent. This covers the full residential sector, from traditional flatted schemes to multi-phase housing plots, retirement living schemes, PRS and student accommodation.

We are happy to provide finance at the point of property acquisition, or later in the build. We can either fund costs to complete, or we can refinance loans.
